As CEO of The SPACE-2 Group, Mark is the Founder of LOCATIONZ™, a VR-centric location scouting and production toolkit which supports film and TV production companies make sustainable decisions about where and how they film as well as developing screen tourism applications. Mark has spent 20 years sourcing, promoting and managing locations and studio spaces across the UK with a particular focus on the West Midlands and has worked on film projects ranging from Spielberg’s Ready Player One (shot in Birmingham), Guardians of the Galaxy, Batman and James Bond to TV dramas such as Joan, 3 Little Birds and This Town. Mark also sits on the board of Create Central where he is the lead on their sustainability mission and framework and also a member of Innovate UK’s Immersive Tech Network Sustainability Working Group.
